Items at regular prices can be reimbursed.

All Items returned in its original state and its new and unopened packaging accompanied with the original receipt will be eligible for an exchange or a refund, 15 days following the initial date of purchase under exception of:

 

• Items on sale.
• Books or manuals including an open electronic access code, writings, hi-liting, notes, hand drawings, damaged covers as well as pages or showing signs of wear and tear, etc.

 

Final Sales (No refunds)

• T-Shirts, polos, pants, hoodies, vests, coats, uniforms, lab coats, aprons and any other type of clothings.
• Accessories : baseball caps, toques, scarfs, bow tie, etc.

 

 

Those Items are designed as nonrefundable, on sale or part of a final sale.
